3. Link Up Helps With Startup Costs
Link Up is a one-time discount of up to $100 on the fees to start phone service, such as installation or activation charges. It is only available on Tribal lands, and only from providers that offer it there.
If a provider quotes you a setup fee, ask whether Link Up applies. It is separate from the monthly Lifeline discount, so you can get both.
